About Service
Project Workflow
1. Project Evaluation
- The client provides relevant project information (drawings, samples, requirements, etc.).
- VICSTARS assesses the feasibility of the project and proposes solutions with a quotation.
- Both parties confirm the plan and adjust details if necessary.
2. Project Confirmation
- The client pays a 30% deposit, and VICSTARS begins the design process.
- VICSTARS provides a design draft for client review and confirmation.
- After finalizing the design, manufacturing and assembly begin.
3. Testing & Acceptance
- Initial testing and adjustments are conducted.
- The client provides actual workpieces for testing.
- Upon successful testing, the client pays 65% of the payment, and the machine is ready for delivery.
4. Installation & Warranty
- VICSTARS assists with installation and commissioning.
- The client pays the final 5% acceptance payment, marking project completion.
- A one-year warranty is provided (excluding human-induced damage and force majeure).
If the products arrive damaged, the following actions should be taken:
- Take Photos as Evidence:
Immediately capture images of the damaged product and packaging. - Notify the Supplier:
Contact VICSTARS as soon as possible, providing photos and a detailed explanation. - Insurance & Claims:
If shipping insurance was purchased, file a claim with the logistics or insurance company. - Replacement or Repair:
VICSTARS will assess the damage and offer a repair, replacement parts, or a full product replacement. - Preventive Measures:
Analyze the cause of damage and improve packaging or shipping methods to minimize future risks.
1. Bulk Order Discount
- Tiered discounts are available based on order quantity
(π e.g., 2% off for 5-10 sets, 5% off for 11~ sets). - The discount percentage depends on product type, volume, and payment terms.
